    3. PAYMENT TERMS
      A deposit of 30% of the total amount including VAT is required at the time of order, following the issue of a clear and detailed quotation/contract, signed by both parties. This document has legal force and is intended to protect our customers.
      The balance of 70% is payable on delivery, after the vehicle has been tested and its condition fully checked (interior, exterior, documents).
      You can also choose to pay the full amount at the time of ordering to benefit immediately from the 10% discount.
    4. DELIVERY
      Delivery is free throughout Europe (excluding French overseas departments and territories and Corsica).
      Our deliveries are handled by experienced couriers, automotive experts and car maintenance garages, who carry out all the necessary checks on delivery.
      A full appraisal is carried out in your presence and/or with a garage mechanic of your choice.
      If the vehicle meets your expectations 100%, you pay the balance by bank transfer.
      In the event of non-conformity, you can refuse the vehicle: we will immediately reimburse the deposit by instant transfer, without conditions.
      Before each delivery, we clean the vehicle thoroughly. All that's left for you to do is inspect, test drive and sign the delivery note.
    5. TRIAL PERIOD AND WITHDRAWAL
      After delivery, in accordance with the law on consumer protection on the Internet, you have a 14-day "satisfaction or your money back" guarantee, which represents a trial period during which you can choose to return the vehicle if it doesn't suit you. In the event of retraction, the return costs are covered by our company: you won't have to pay anything. The vehicle will be delivered with a provisional license plate, allowing you to drive around freely for 14 days.
    6. DOCUMENTS:
      We take care of all documents: Official registration document, certificate of non-pledge, technical inspection, maintenance booklet (manufacturer), maintenance invoice, certificate of transfer, mileage certificate, certificate of conformity.
    7. IS IT POSSIBLE TO SEE AND TEST-DRIVE THE VEHICLE?
      No, because this is an import vehicle. However, we can provide you with all the information, photos and technical data on our website to help you make an informed decision.

    8. COMMERCIAL WARRANTY
      All our vehicles come with a manufacturer's warranty valid throughout Europe.
      A partner garage near you will be assigned to take care of any breakdowns or defects.
      The warranty begins on the date of delivery and may include, depending on the case, an exchange or refund of the vehicle.
